Elevate-Glasgow was formally launched in February 2016 by Paul Wheelhouse, Minister for Community Safety and Legal Affairs, pictured above with Elevate trainees celebrating achieving their qualifications in Health and Social Care at Glasgow City Chambers

Using a collaborative approach between Public Sector and 3rd Sector organisations, 38 partners are working together to broaden opportunities to support people moving into employment.

Glasgow Council on Alcohol (GCA) is the lead agency and has over 50 years experience of delivering a range of services to reduce the harm caused by alcohol and drugs.

Partners are well established in the recovery field and have a wealth of experience in the personal development, employment and training sectors.
Four work streams offer a range of opportunities to suit your needs. Ranging from personal development programmes, training and education, volunteering opportunities and work placements linked to accredited qualifications.
